A Three-Day Journey of Leisure and Little Adventures

The day began with a fresh start. I woke up early and, since it was a day off, I had no specific work lined up. I spent most of the morning in my room, aimlessly scrolling through social media. It was one of those rare moments of doing absolutely nothing.

After a while, I had lunch and then, a few hours later, decided to head out to the mall. Once there, I realized my phone’s recharge plan had expired, leaving me without internet access. I called my family to ask them to help me recharge, but the options available were confusing due to the recent changes in recharge plans. I decided to let it go for the time being and manage without it.

I returned to my room and turned on the Wi-Fi. To my surprise, a number of networks appeared, and I tried connecting to one of them. After a few attempts, I finally managed to connect to a network. I immediately recharged my phone and, with the internet back in my hands, I felt a sense of relief.

While on the phone with my mother, I realized that there was a perfume I had wanted to buy. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find it at the mall, so I decided to visit a bookstore instead. I spent some time browsing through the books, but ended up not buying anything. I then sat in the cafeteria area, scrolling through my social media once again. It wasn’t long before hunger struck.

As I looked around, I noticed the janitors passing by with cans, bottles, and pizza boxes, which triggered a sudden craving for pizza. I got up, ordered a classic Domino’s pizza for just 49 rupees, and enjoyed the simple delight of a warm meal.

By the time I finished, it was almost evening. I returned to my PG (paying guest accommodation), had dinner, caught up with my family, and then called it a day.

The following day was also uneventful. I spent the morning resting and preparing for a meeting with my tutors in the evening. The meeting lasted for two hours, and it required me to follow up the next day as well. After the meeting, I went back to the mall, where I indulged in some delicious Haldiram’s pani puri with gulab jamun. The taste was delightful, and I enjoyed every bite.

When I returned to my PG later that evening, I wasn’t very hungry, so I had only a small portion for dinner before winding down for the night.

The next day was another lazy one with no major plans. I spent my time chatting with family and resting. As I look back, these three days were filled with small pleasures and moments of relaxation, each contributing to a much-needed break from the usual hustle and bustle.
